Privacy Rights

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

CCPA / CPRA disclosure for California residents and equivalent rights elsewhere.

We do not sell your personal information.

Tidal AI does not, and has never, sold or rented your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, marketing lists, or any third party. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments (CPRA).

What we do with your data

Your account information, business inputs, and generated content are used only to provide you with the Tidal AI service. We share data with trusted sub-processors (Supabase for database/auth, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic and Google Gemini for AI generation, PostHog for product analytics) strictly as needed to operate the platform.

See our Privacy Policy for the full list of sub-processors and the categories of data each one handles.

Your rights — exercise them anytime

California residents (and residents of other states with comparable privacy laws — Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your personal information from our systems.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — automatically honored, because we do not sell or share.
  • Non-discrimination — we will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality experience for exercising any of these rights.

How to exercise your rights

Two ways:

  1. Self-serve from your account. If you have a Tidal AI account, go to Billing, scroll to the Your Data section, and use:
    • "Download my data" — exports everything we hold as a JSON file (CCPA right to know + portability).
    • "Delete my account" — permanently erases all your data (CCPA right to delete).
  2. Email us. Send a request to brock@tidalai.app with the subject line "CCPA Request" describing what you want done. We respond within 45 days as required by law (usually within 48 hours in practice).

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will verify the agent's authorization (typically by requesting signed authorization or a power of attorney) and the underlying consumer's identity before acting on the request.

Questions?

Email brock@tidalai.app with any privacy question. We aim to reply within one business day.
